Registration & Guidelines

See particular instructions for each tour. Please read these Registration Procedures and Tour Guidelines before registering for any of the scheduled tours:

a. At the bottom of each tour description there is a link to the particular registration form for that tour. Fill it out and submit (one form per family unit, if applicable)

b. The tour will take place only if there is a minimum number of participants. The tour guide reserves the right to limit the number of participants. All tours are subject to change without notice.

c. Confirmation and Payment. A few days before the tour you will get an email confirming that the tour will take place (or, regrettably, announcing its cancellation/postponement). It will include instructions how to pay in advance for the tour (those with an Israeli bank account will pay via Paybox; others can pay via PayPal). Instructions or reminders for proper dress and suggested equipment will be sent at that time as well.

d. Entrance Fees are required at some sites for some tours and are NOT included in the tour prices.Please be prepared to pay for them with cash or credit card. See individual descriptions for details.

e. No transportation will be provided. Participants will be instructed where to meet at the beginning and where the tour is scheduled to conclude. Please arrange to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance, as tours will start on time (kindly use facilities prior to that time). f. Health and Security: In addition to wearing mandatory facemasks, we will meticulously follow the guidelines of the Israeli Health Ministry regarding COVID-19. In the event of extreme heat is forecasted for the hours of the tour (above ~33°C) the tour may be postponed or cancelled. If there are any security concerns before/on the day of the tour, the tour may be postponed or curtailed.

f. Basic Dress and Equipment for all tours: Hat (for the sun), plenty of water, food or snacks, sunblock, walking shoes or rugged sandals – not flip-flops, sunglasses (have regular glasses handy for shaded areas and for reading). Don’t forget to bring along your curiosity and a sense of humor.

g. Accessibility: Most of the tours require a considerable amount of walking, including stairs and inclines. Please write (see below) regarding the accessibility of specific tours. 

h. Language: All tours will be conducted in English; however, from time-to-time Hebrew terms will be introduced. Beseder?
